The following expectations are not aspirational. They are the minimum standard for every Sidekick, every day. Failure to meet these standards is a serious performance issue.
Non-Negotiable: If you cannot complete a task, flag it before the deadline — not after.
Non-Negotiable: If you encounter a blocker, raise it immediately — not at end of day.
Non-Negotiable: If you made a mistake, own it, correct it, and report it. Do not conceal it.
Non-Negotiable: SOPs must be followed exactly as documented. Do not unilaterally deviate from them.
Non-Negotiable: If you believe an SOP needs updating, raise it with your Sidekick Coach — improvising without authorisation is a risk, not creativity.
Non-Negotiable: Daily end-of-day reports are mandatory. Reports must be accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Non-Negotiable: Never sit on a problem hoping it will resolve itself. If you are unsure whether something needs escalation — escalate. Better safe than sorry.
